Static Weighing and Transfer Line Handling
◆Static weighing allows eggs to be weighed while stationary, even during conveying, improving weighing accuracy.
◆Transfer Line Handling: Eggs are conveyed one-by-one with a fixed position during transfer, preventing damage caused by disordered conveying.
CLEANING
◆The frame adopts an assembled structure, which is more stable, precise, and has an attractive appearance. The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to salt and alkali corrosion and ensures the machine's service life.
◆A single machine can clean up to 30,000 eggs per hour.
◆The inclined track saves water and provides better cleaning results.
◆The cleaning machine can be used with a grading machine (for pickling fresh eggs and washing and grading finished eggs).
DRYING
◆Drying: The machine uses 18 brushes (10 on top and 8 on the bottom) and a fan for drying. The scientific brushing process is gentle and does not damage the eggs.
◆The drying power is low and the drying is thorough. The conveyor line is also equipped with brushes to eliminate the possibility of secondary contamination.
AUTOMATIC PACKAGING
◆The packaging line accommodates a variety of packaging materials and can be customized based on specific application requirements. This machine can handle a variety of packaging materials, including pearl cotton, paper pulp trays, and PVC egg cartons.
